Job Description:
  • Agency empanelment, onboarding processes, and managing onboarding documentation.
  • Knowledge of agency management practices and processes.
  • Skilled in generating and interpreting CIBIL reports and recommendation to BH
  • Experience in security deposit collection, reconciliation with finance, and processing refunds to agencies.
  • Ensure all the documents of agencies are verified in accordance with compliance requirement.
  • Maintain & improve the relationship with the agencies and conduct survey agencies satisfaction level and increase
  • Monitoring the other NBFC companies’ payout with our company payout and suggest BH
  • Ensuring 100% cash deposition within TAT.
  • Maintain all agencies communications
