We Are Hiring Site/Project Engineer Mechanical (HVAC/Utillity) In Mumbai.

Job Title: Site/Project Engineer – Mechanical (HVAC/Utility)

Location: Thane , Mumbai
Department: Engineering / Project Execution
Reports To: Project Manager / Mechanical Lead
Type: Full-Time / Site-Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and utility systems (chillers, AHUs, ducts, piping, compressors, etc.).

• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.

• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports, documentation, and inspection checklists.

• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower at the site.

• Troubleshoot and resolve site-level mechanical issues and escalate critical risks.

• Conduct quality checks and supervise third-party testing and inspections.

• Maintain documentation for HVAC utility layouts, as-built drawings, and equipment logs.

• Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of mechanical components.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC/utility project execution (site-based).

• Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical utilities, and project workflow.

• Familiar with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, IS Codes, etc.).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
