Job Description:

Commercial Manager.

• Commercial Operations Support
• Oversee administrative processes related to client contracts, pricing, renewals, and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and administrative systems.
• Coordinate closely with finance to track billing cycles, collections, and revenue reporting.
• Sales & Client Admin
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and commercial reports.
• Support client onboarding and ensure all commercial documentation is complete and compliant.
• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and commercial KPIs.
• Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers including contracts, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Ensure vendors deliver on agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Liaise between internal teams and vendors to streamline communication and service delivery.
• Negotiation & Contract Management, Vendor Identification, Supplier Relation Management.
• Process & Compliance
• Ensure commercial processes (quote-to-cash, service tracking, etc.) are standardized and followed.
• Monitor contract renewals, compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), and data accuracy.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency across commercial operations.
• Team Coordination
• Act as the administrative point of contact between sales, coaching, operations, and finance teams.
• Support internal communications, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the commercial team.
• System & Tool Management
• Maintain and optimize TALLY/SAP systems and digital tools used for client and vendor management.
• Ensure data integrity, timely updates, and system compliance.
