Position:         HR Recruiter

Location:        Mumbai

Experience:    2 - 4 Years

Industries:     NGO

Responsibilities:        

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Developing own network of suitable candidates.
• Executing Recruitment plans efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Participate in job fair and recruitment events.
• Maintain & timely update manpower plan, provide weekly updates.
• Manage end-to-end induction process of new hire.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and multi-tasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills 

Required Qualification: -  Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
