The candidate must have an established network of contacts within the gems and
jewellery ecosystem, including but not limited to:
Jewellery retailers and chains (both domestic and international)
Diamond and gemstone traders
Jewellery designers and manufacturers
Exporters and distributors
Online/digital jewellery platforms
Buyers from key markets (e.g., U.S., Europe, UAE, India, Hong Kong)

 

Develop & Execute Sales Strategy
Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with company
Identify new business opportunities in both local and global markets (e.g.,
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with business goals, drive
market penetration, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Business Development:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with jewelers, distributors, and
Sales Operations:
Manage and track key sales KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure sales activities
Team Leadership & Management
Build, lead, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Provide training, motivation, and performance management.
Key Account Management
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships.
Market Development
Understand global trends in lab-grown diamonds and adapt strategies
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing, product, and production teams to align sales
Provide regular performance reports and market insights to the leadership
team.
Demonstrated relationships with decision-makers (buyers, sourcing heads,
Prior experience dealing with B2B clients, trade shows, or wholesale markets
Access to exclusive client lists or repeat clientele networks
Active participation in industry events, trade associations, and exhibitions
