Job Description:
Role: Manager - Safety/EHS - O&M Hybrid (Wind & Solar)
Experience - 14+ Years is must
Position location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (With frequent travel to sites)
Note: Will be handling 60+ Solar/ Wind & Hybrid Renewables Plants (Each at least 50+ MW)
Must Have:
Working in Corporate Office and looking after O&M Safety for 20+ Hybrid (Wind & Solar) Plants
B Tech or Diploma Fulltime in Electrical
Safety Fulltime Education: Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety, Any Other.
More into O&M Safety Experience and less of Project Safety Experience
Must be very good with communication, strong personality & matured, taking up leadership, conversant with digital technology & tools
Good to have strong Wind O&M Safety Exposure (Will be the right fit)
Good to Have exposure in O&M - ESG & Its frameworks
Ideal profile will have stability in his current role and pervious
