Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our hydraulic seal product line.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with OEMs and end users, and providing technical guidance on sealing systems for hydraulic applications.

This role requires a deep understanding of hydraulic cylinders, sealing technologies, and industrial OEM requirements, with the ability to guide testing and validation for new and existing customers requirements 

Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills

Has a network or knows relevant professionals in the Hydraulic Industry. 

Good communication and interpersonal skills 

Ability to understand technical product details and customer requirements 

Involvement with the Engineering team for any new Product Innovation or Research. 

Knowledge of the Hydraulic & Pneumatic industry.

Knowledge of Engineering polymer parts in various application is a plus.
