Sales Executive– Open Market (Primary Sales)-Pune
Job Description:
To handle daily inbound leads, outbound follow-ups, and builder project pitching for multiple residential developments across north bangalore micro-markets with the goal of generating site visits and confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call qualified leads (data provided)-150+ dials /100 call connects /day
- Share project pricing, offers, and benefits-5 active product pitches/day
- Schedule & coordinate builder site visits-10 visits/week
- Attend walk-ins and assist during site closures-Especially on weekends
- Maintain CRM and lead tracker daily-100% compliance
Candidate Profile:
- Worked in primary sales in a broking firm (real estate)
- Familiarity with builders like Sobha, Prestige, Purvankara, Brigade etc.
- Knows North and east bangalore
Mobility- 2-wheeler mandatory
Travel Support-Local travel reimbursement or ₹3/km
Reporting To-Broking Team Lead / Sales Head
Working Days-6 days/week (includes Saturday-Sunday; one weekday off Monday)
