Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & System Management

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

• Manage server virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.

• Develop and implement IT automation strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Oversee Office 365 administration including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing with Corporate IT coordination.

• Provide system administration support across platforms including Windows, and cloud services.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure cybersecurity compliance with industry standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001).

• Implement and monitor IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Governance frameworks.

• Conduct regular IT audits and manage remediations in coordination with internal/external auditors.

Cloud and Application Management

• Oversee cloud infrastructure management through vendor support (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Manage third-party vendors for cloud and on-premise application implementation and support.

• Lead ERP implementation and lifecycle management, ensuring integrations and upgrades are effectively managed.

IT Operations & Support

• Manage local and remote IT support teams, ensuring high user satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

• Lead IT incident, problem, and change management processes as per ITIL best practices.

• Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.

Procurement, Inventory & Budgeting

• Oversee IT procurement processes including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.

• Maintain up-to-date IT asset inventory including hardware, software, and licenses.

• Manage the IT budget and ensure spending aligns with strategic initiatives.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison with technology vendors, ensuring SLAs and support levels are maintained.

• Coordinate closely with corporate IT teams and other cross-functional departments.

• Provide management reporting on IT performance, incidents, project statuses, and compliance.

Projects & Change Management

• Lead IT project management initiatives including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Drive change management processes ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the IT landscape.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, application management, and cybersecurity.

• Hands-on experience in server virtualization, and O365 administration.

• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, ITGC, and audit frameworks.

• Experience managing ERP systems and enterprise-grade applications.

• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.

• Proficiency in managing budgets, procurements, and asset inventories.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL Foundation or higher

• PMP / Prince2

• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / M365 Enterprise Administrator

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
