Job Description – Manager - Solutions & Implementation Job Synopsis: Company: Indev Infra Private Limited, (Formerly Known as Kerry Indev Logistics Private Limited) Location: Parivakkam - Chennai Experience: 8+ Years Division/Department: 3PL Overall job responsibility (purpose of the job):  The Overall responsibility of Business Solution Manager is to support Sales in developing value propositions for clients who seek customized solutions or enhancements to existing operations.  The depth of the value proposition is key to business conversion.  Responsibility also establishes the nexus of relationships between Business Solutions and all Functions and SBUs. Key Responsibility  Responsible to develop an appropriate value proposition that Sales can sell to the Client  Proposition should address the operational and IT aspects of the entire solution.  satisfying two main criteria – it must address the customers’ requirements and be operationally feasible. Roles and Responsibilities  Validate the data received from sales and other departments on business requirement  Analysis the data (RFQ) and coordinate with customer through sales and respective department from whom the lead has been received for any further input or clarification required on the operational data received  Ensure the Scope of Work is studied and validate whether the same meets the actual ground reality  Conduct operational study on requirement at the customer existing warhouse or plant  Prepare study report and share the same with the Business Solution Head  Identify the Manpower and Equipment required for smooth running of the operations  Laise with the operation, IT and procurement team to collect the current market cost of Manpower, IT and equipment  Prepare costing considering all the requirements in Kerry Indev Standard costing template  Prepare Layout ensuring optimal utlization of space and ergonomics for movement within floor  Prepare Proposal along with the solution design and operational model covering terms and conditions and detailing the assumptions considered in the proposal  Getting due concurrence from Business Solution Head before publishing to customer  Presenting the solution design and commercials worked to customer and clarifying their queries if any  Ensure RFQ are responded within the time frame given by customer  Re-working on solution design and commercials as per customer requirement  Preparing Gantt Chart and aligning with customer with due concurrence from Business Solution head.  Laise with operational team, IT and procurement for having the necessary Manpower & Equipment in place as per the agreed timeline  Laise with the Operational Excellence team in preparing the SOP for the operations  Conducting regular review of the implementation and highlight any lag to Business Solution Head  Providing Project Implementation status to customer at regular intervals  Conduct Work-Shop with customer before implementation  Providing SOP training to the new recruits  Ensure proper sign-off of inventory before commencement of the business  Identify gaps in operation with the agreed SOW and take up with customer along with Business Solution Head and accommodate change request accordingly  Responsible to run the operations before handing over to the operation team Interested candidate can share their profile to: snekha.alagar@k-indev.kln.com
