Job Description – Sales CFS Job Synopsis: Company: Indev Infra Private Limited, (Formerly Known as Kerry Indev Logistics Private Limited) Location: Vallur - Chennai Experience: 5+ Years Division/Department: CFS Position Purpose: Responsible for developing & managing volumes & revenue targets for our CFS & handling sales and marketing for CFS warehouse biz, working closely with commercial team for biz development. Qualification or Requirements:  MBA in logistics and supply chain management  Clear understanding of the CFS handling on various products of imports & exports  Result oriented and places great emphasis on customer focus.  Good working knowledge of English (spoken & written)  Ms office skills and comfortable working on the organizations IT systems.  Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness & influencing capability.  Strength in problem solving, ability to work in deadline driven work environment, attention to detail & ability to multi-task. Primary Responsibility:  Day to day general management of CFS division, working closely with CFS safety, security, admin & HR teams.  Handling sales and marketing for CFS warehouse biz & working closely with commercial team for biz development.  Working on key projects related to warehouse & have lead team of operations & ensure timely and efficient services are provided to exporters, consignees, shipping lines and CHA’s.  Manage & monitor all activities related to handling import/export cargo.  Maintain continuous and consistent rapport with all heads of shipping lines in location & continuous engagement with them to secure biz into the CFS.  Establish rapport with the CHA community to ensure that biz flow into the CFS from the customers is continuous & unhindered.  Responsible for profitability per TEU & achieving of budgeted numbers through analysis of market.  Close contact with the terminals & ports in the area & engage with all existing customers through marketing team.  Closely coordinate with the HOD’s of other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain analytics of customer service reports & engage with other departments to resolve permanently recurring issues.  Identify critical customer list & prepare contingency plan for such customer volumes.  Responsible for receivables from credit customers and for maintaining the DSO within the target set for the location.  Handling local & outstation transportation through vendor vehicles.  Timely / accurate submission of all day to day operations report.
