Work Timings: Fixed 11:00 AM - 08:30 PM
Work Days: 6 days working, with fixed Mondays off (boutique remains closed on Mondays)

Role Summary:
Popley Eternal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales
team at our flagship Bandra West showroom. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record
in luxury jewellery sales, specifically with a strong focus on diamond jewellery, and will be passionate
about delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales of diamond and gold jewellery to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a
memorable shopping experience.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of diamond grading, certification, and current jewellery trends.
• Manage inventory, ensure proper merchandising, and maintain the aesthetic appeal of the
showroom.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and professionally.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with the management team on promotional activities and business development
initiatives.
• Willingness to travel for events if and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Proven progressive experience in jewellery sales, with a significant portion
dedicated to selling diamond jewellery.
• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in diamond jewellery, including understanding of cuts, clarity,
colour, carat, and certification (GIA, IGI, GII etc.).
• Sales Acumen: Excellent sales and rapport building skills with good network of clients.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a strong
customer-centric approach.
• Presentation: Impeccable personal presentation and a passion for luxury retail.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
