Manager-Sales-Mumbai/Ahmedabad / Delhi Candidate should have previous experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant & Product & Project Sales & Business Development Product Like- ETP, RECYCLING, STP, WTP, UF, RO, ZLD project same field will be considerable.
Job Description /Responsibilities
A.
Purpose
1.
Drive sustainable profitable business growth in the domestic and international markets (as applicable) to deliver business results and develop a competent, motivated team aligned with the organizational strategy.
B.
Responsibilities
1.
Achieve business targets: Accomplish the targeted budget goals for business unit for revenue, contribution, DSO, inventory & other assigned targets.
2.
Strategy development: Devise and implement short-, medium- and long-term strategy for segment, customers, and products for domestic and international market (as applicable).
3.
Profitability and cash flow responsibility: Ensure profitable and cash positive business contribution by focusing on total value chain within the organization, value selling to customers, new product and business development and control on inventory and account receivables as well as sales and administrative costs.
4.
Drive business growth in the domestic and international markets (as applicable) by defining market potential, identifying new business opportunities, acquire new customers, channel partners & principals along with business growth with existing customers.
5.
Opportunity management: Maximize profit by creating strong sustainable order pipeline for domestic as well as international customers (as applicable) with a focus on increasing new projects and replacement market order pipeline.
6.
Customer satisfaction & value selling: Work with the regional teams for understanding customer needs along with review on opportunity management. Influence customer buying decisions by engaging at a strategic level to understand customers business needs and creating a value proposition by working with regional team.
7.
Market intelligence: Develop market intelligence through market mapping & market share, competitive landscape analysis, customer account mapping and stakeholder analysis for business unit.
8.
Forecasting: Gather insights on expansion plans of customers, maintenance budgets/forecasts with regular coordination with regional teams.
9.
Marketing & communication: Formulate marketing & communication strategy & implement by promoting product; achieving business goals & increasing sales. Drive sales through, direct selling teams, agents, projects, events, exhibitions etc.
10.
New product development: Ability to understand a need gap in the market and to fill it with a new product by working closely with manufacturing & principal teams along with the product office team.
11.
Talent development: Ensure development of talent (developing second line high potential, growth-oriented team members), employee talent quotient, satisfactions, motivation, and learning.
12.
Process building: To actively implement the various internal systems and processes to save time, consistency & quality in internal processes.
13.
Principal relationship: Serve as a primary business contact for all principals by engaging at a strategic level and be a bridge between principals and customers relationship and work for new technology, products, and business development.
