Work Timings: Fixed 11:00 AM - 08:30 PM

Work Days: 6 days working, with fixed Mondays off (boutique remains closed on Mondays)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our luxury jewellery
brand, Suuraj Popley. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience within our
exquisite boutique, nestled on the first floor of the Popley Eternal boutique. The ideal candidate will embody
our brand values, demonstrating outstanding communication, humility, and a strong desire for continuous
learning in the dynamic world of high-end jewellery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Greet and engage clients in a warm and professional manner, understanding their preferences and
needs.
● Present and articulate the features, benefits, and stories behind our exquisite jewellery pieces.
● Provide in-depth product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and design inspiration.
● Assist clients with selections, try-ons, and provide styling advice.
● Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
● Maintain an immaculate and organized showroom, ensuring merchandise is beautifully displayed.
● Build and maintain a client book, nurturing long-term relationships and encouraging repeat business.
● Handle client inquiries, special orders, and after-sales service requests with courtesy and efficiency.
● Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

● Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols.
● Tally Cash, Credit Card Slips at the day before proceeding with the settlement.
● Day end Sales report to be shared with the management in form of DSR.
