Dispatch Executive - Manufacturing Industry - Mumbai (Nallasopara)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination for stock-related queries and for dispatch purposes.
• Raise invoices as related to dispatch.
• Follow up with the transporter for consignment status.
• Maintain the minimum stock required for local dispatch as per the marketing plan.
• Checking material availability as per the dispatch list.
• Dispatch planning with the department head.
• Ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders while facilitating and supporting drivers and dispatchers as they perform their duties.
• Check orders received from the sales team.
• Make a packing list of material to be dispatched.
• Maintain FG material stock.
• Update yourself for the processes change or any other duties assigned by the management.

Gender -  Male

Timing -  8 AM to 8 PM (May even consider for 9 to 8 depending upon the experience & skills of the candidate)

Candidate's Profile:

• Computer knowledge is a must.
• Positive attitude
• Hardworking
• Ecommerce dispatch exposure is preferred.
