Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Client Sales Officer with 1–2 years of experience in client interaction and sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills to effectively promote our products/services and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs

• Promote company products/services and explain benefits clearly

• Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Follow up with clients regularly and provide after-sales support

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
