Job Description:
An Electrical Manager oversees electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. They manage teams, develop and implement electrical systems, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Their responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, troubleshooting, and staff management, with a focus on maintaining optimal performance and reliability of electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:Planning, organizing, and overseeing electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.

Team Leadership:Recruiting, training, and managing electrical engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

System Design and Implementation:Developing and implementing electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Ensuring the reliable operation of electrical systems through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Compliance and Safety:Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Budget Management:Developing and managing the electrical department budget, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
