Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems.

Prepare reports, documents, and files as per company standards.

Handle email communication and internal coordination.

Support front-office or customer service teams with backend processing.

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and logs.

Assist in inventory tracking, billing, and documentation.

Process invoices, receipts, and vendor records.

Ensure timely filing and archiving of paperwork.

Coordinate with HR, finance, or logistics departments as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).

1–2 years of back office or administrative experience.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Basic understanding of business operations.
