Position: Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

• Visit clients and conduct presentations to promote products or services.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and update customer database and CRM software.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product updates.

• Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, finance, and service.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in field or inside sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel and meet clients.
