Executive assistant
Job Description:
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, including managing calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential communication. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and follow-ups on key projects. Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and prioritization of tasks aligned with business goals.

- Ability to learn and excel with firm-specific programs
- Calendar management
- Travel management (Domestic and International)
- Coordination and follow-ups with the team
- Manage Team & client meetings
- Expense reimbursements
- Manage documents & other correspondence
- Client Coordination for invitation/participation to various programs
- Create & Manage MIS Reports.
Qualification Criteria
Our basic qualification criterion are –
- Graduate/ PG preferably from BCom/ BBA streams 2.
- Minimum 2 years of EA experience with senior management
- 3. good communication skills – Oral & Written
- 4. good inter-personal skills
- 5. knowledge of Calendar, Travel & Expense management
- 6. knowledge of Excel/ PPT.
