๐ Key Responsibilities:

Identify and appoint new distributors in the assigned territory

Manage General Trade (GT) sales and drive revenue growth

Achieve primary and secondary sales targets on a monthly basis

Increase product reach by ensuring availability and visibility in retail outlets

Foster strong business relationships with distributors and key retailers
-
Monitor and analyze sales trends, market competition, and customer feedback
-
Implement effective sales strategies to grow the market share
-
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock planning, and delivery
-
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of trade issues
-
Maintain daily sales activity reports and submit monthly performance reviews to management
โ Required Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG General Trade sales (ice cream/dairy preferred)

Strong distributor and retailer network knowledge
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools
-
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a willingness to travel extensively
