Working Hours: 9am - 6pm / Monday - Saturday

🔧 Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful House Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our corporate and residential facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including facility maintenance, security, vendor liaison, government coordination, and event management. This role involves multitasking, attention to detail, and proactive decision-making to ensure high standards across office and residential premises.
🏢 Key Responsibilities
1. Facilities Management

Manage conference facilities including seating arrangements, furniture upkeep, AV equipment, bookings, catering, and refreshments.

Supervise Directors’ residence(s) including property management, utility coordination (MTNL, BSES, LIC, BMC), inventory updates, repairs, and maintenance.

Coordinate with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) for transport bookings (Ola/Uber) and hotel accommodations.

Utilize technology to streamline office operations and enhance transparency.

Oversee procurement, servicing, and management of company vehicles, including driver appointments, fuel tracking, and insurance renewals.

Liaise with societies and utility companies for all residential and office needs.

Ensure timely payment of all utility bills and manage admin petty cash efficiently.

Uphold facility standards in consultation with location heads and ensure adherence by all staff.

Manage renovation and interior design projects by coordinating with contractors, architects, and internal teams.

Provide support in decisions regarding asset procurement or disposal.
2. Security & Surveillance

Implement systems to monitor movement of materials and personnel within the premises.

Maintain registers for all incoming/outgoing individuals and items.

Enforce gate pass and entry control systems for employee access.
3. Repairs & Maintenance

Ensure all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are active and renewed timely.

Monitor the functioning of all office equipment to ensure operational excellence.
4. Liaison with Government Authorities

Coordinate with RTO, Passport Offices, Shops & Establishment authorities, BMC, and other local bodies as needed.

Maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant government agencies.
5. Miscellaneous & Event Support

Establish a system for stationery requisition, monitor usage, and control expenses.

Organize and coordinate internal corporate events, including:

Annual Functions

Long Service Award Ceremonies

Festival Celebrations (Diwali, Dussehra, Navratri Pooja, etc.)

CSR Initiatives
-
Special Events (e.g., Jamnalal Award Function)

🛠️ Desired Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience in facility, property, or administrative management.

Strong knowledge of utility services, vendor coordination, and liaison activities.

Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Comfort with using technology and digital tools for administration.

Experience in handling high-end residential properties is a plus.
