Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining a pipeline, and closing deals that align with the company’s goals.

Depending on experience, you may lead a team, mentor junior sales reps, and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Present and promote company products or services to current and potential customers

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure post-sales support with relevant teams

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization

  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies

  • Coach and manage a sales team (for Manager role)

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2–5 years (Executive) / 5+ years (Manager) of experience in B2B or B2C sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)

  • Leadership and team management skills (for Sales Manager role)

Preferred:

  • Experience in [insert industry: e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Telecom, Real Estate]

  • Willingness to travel as needed
