Job Description:
  1. Private Label Business Development (International)
    • Identify and onboard private label buyers including retailers, distributors, health brands, wellness companies, and importers
    • Lead end-to-end client acquisition – from outreach to deal closure for custom-packed and branded products
    • Present packaging options, develop SKUs, and manage pricing/proposals tailored to each buyer
  2. Account Management & Relationship Building
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Develop strategic partnerships by offering innovative solutions in packaging, formulation, and labeling
    • Ensure timely production, branding, and export of goods with cross-department coordination
  3. Lead Generation & CRM Management
    • Drive international B2B lead generation using LinkedIn, trade directories, exhibitions, and digital tools
    • Maintain detailed CRM updates (Odoo/Zoho) for pipeline and performance tracking
  4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
    • Monitor regional trends in organic and clean-label products, including regulatory updates and retail patterns
    • Recommend product innovations, custom blends, and packaging trends based on buyer expectations
  5. Trade Show Participation & Representation
    • Represent company in global trade fairs and buyer-seller meets
    • Follow up with generated leads and convert into meaningful partnerships

Candidate Profile:
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills
• High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Flexible to work with international time zones
• Candidates with a valid B1/B2 Visa and international travel readiness are preferred
