Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven telecaller to promote and sell banking products and services, including savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service focus, and a strong understanding of financial products.

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire new customers for retail banking products through field visits, telecalling, and digital platforms.

      2. Promote bank products such as personal loans, home loans, credit cards, fixed deposits, and mutual funds. 

  1. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  1. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales service and support.
  1. Conduct a financial needs analysis and suggest suitable products.
  1. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications.
  1. Stay updated with bank policies, compliance regulations, and competitor offerings.

 Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  1. 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales (preferred).
  1. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  1. Good knowledge of banking products and customer acquisition strategies.

 

 Preferred Skills :

  1. Target-driven with a proven sales record.
  1. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  1. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
