About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team at Grant Road, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or hospitality sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using POS systems. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and handling sales transactions efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role (Hospitality, QSR, F&B preferred, retail) - (Food Industry)

• Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate

• Skills:

  • Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Prior experience using POS systems preferred (Pet Pooja experience a plus)

• Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates

• Location Preference: Candidates residing near Grant Road or nearby areas

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 9-hour shifts between 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM

  • Current shift opening: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off

  • Work on festivals and national holidays may be required (compensatory off or extra pay applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Handle customer queries and provide product information

• Operate the POS system (Pet Pooja) for billing and inventory management

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter and display area

• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations

• May need to travel to other store locations as required (travel allowance provided)
