Regional Technical Manager- Pune

Job Description:

• Property Valuation & Technical Appraisal:
• Conduct site inspections and validate valuation reports for residential, commercial, and under-construction properties.
• Approve property valuations received from empaneled third-party valuers.
• Ensure adherence to valuation guidelines, market benchmarks, and regulatory norms.
• Evaluate cost of construction (COC) for under-construction properties and self-construction cases.
• Vendor Management:
• Manage and monitor empaneled technical consultants/valuers for quality and compliance.
• Conduct periodic audits of vendors’ reports and performance.
• Assist in empanelment, onboarding, and training of new valuers.
• Risk Mitigation:
• Identify and report market-level technical risks, encroachments, legal zoning issues, or structural red flags.
• Provide technical red flags and guidance to the credit team on property-related concerns.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborate closely with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth technical due diligence.
• Support business teams with technical expertise on complex property cases.
• MIS & Reporting:
• Maintain and update region-wise MIS for technical reports, approvals, and rejections.
• Provide monthly and quarterly dashboards on performance and exception handling.
