Job Description

A Doctor (MBBS/BAMS) is responsible for providing primary medical care, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and ensuring patient well-being through evidence-based medical practices. The role involves working in outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), and emergency settings, offering quality care while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical examinations and diagnose medical conditions based on symptoms and diagnostic tests

• Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, or lifestyle modifications

• Manage OPD and IPD patients with timely and accurate interventions

• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly

• Maintain comprehensive medical records, case histories, and discharge summaries

• Respond promptly to emergency situations and administer first aid or life-saving treatment

• Collaborate with specialists for referrals or advanced care where necessary

• Guide patients on preventive healthcare, vaccinations, and chronic disease management

• Adhere to medical ethics, confidentiality, and hospital policies

🎓 Qualification:

• MBBS from a recognized university + MCI/NMC registration
  or

• BAMS from a recognized university + CCIM registration

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
