Position: Business Development Manager - Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:
- Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment and payroll process
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Market Mapping
- Developing business proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Responsible for developing a strong professional network and utilizing that network to bring in new business referrals on a regular basis.
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Must be excellent personality
- Must have experience in recruitment industries
