Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with Hotels/Restaurants/Cafe Purchase/Store managers in HORECA markets.
Visiting potential stores, Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Answering clients' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled appointments, and complaints.
Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
Preparing cost-benefit analysis for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Coordinate with the Brands sales representatives to ensure adequate tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives.
Soliciting orders and ensuring there are no lost or dormant clients. There should be more buying from existing customers besides seeking orders from new customers.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Experience: 0 - 3 years’ experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably food & beverages sector, HORECA sector in the same region.
Education: Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management
 
Skills:
Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken
Sound business and financial acumen
Excellent Sales track record
Strong presentation & negotiation skills
Professional, calm and mature demeanor to build relationships
Excellent analytical skills
Communication & problem solving skills
Technology aptitude and literacy in MS Office
Knowledge of local language
