Executive Associate
Job Description:
The Client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Executive to expand the market presence of its Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in the Eastern Region. This role involves informing potential clients about CoE services and growing their market share.

Client Engagement & Solutions: The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their training and project needs, and providing customized solutions with support from the Centres of Excellence (CoEs).

Sales Pipeline Management: You will be responsible for the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

Relationship Building: A key responsibility is to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business.

Marketing & Collaboration: The position requires you to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. You will also work closely with the CoEs to create project proposals and promotional strategies.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM/Master's degree with 4-5 years of experience in hardcore marketing and sales, Edutech, or B2B business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
