manpower supply domain is needed.

Preferred Industry: candidates with business development or sales experience from manpower
supply industry are required from the companies like, Quess, TeamLease etc.
Job Profile:
Lead generation of potential clients through various channels, conversion to prospects.
Bringing in new clients for Manpower supply Services
Identify Business development Areas through extensive research.
Sign up process – Proposal drafting and coordinating with key stakeholders for
agreement signing.
Develop and Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve Sales targets.
Handles Escalations with Clients / Business Development
Key Performance Indicators:
Quality leads & inquiries generated
Sales closed
Optimize the cost–quality balance
Repeat orders
Repeat inquiries
Projects progressing as per plan (schedules)
