Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making. The MIS Officer will ensure accurate and timely reports, maintain databases, and automate processes for improved efficiency.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or ERP tools

• Maintain and update internal databases and systems

• Create automated reports and tools using Excel Macros/VBA

• Coordinate with departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) for data requirements

• Perform reconciliation of data from multiple sources

• Assist in process improvement through data insights and reporting

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security

• Support management in data-driven decision-making

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field

💡 Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Charts)

• MS Access, SQL, Power BI (optional)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and documentation abilities

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
