Job Description:
A Welder is a skilled tradesperson who joins metal parts together by various welding techniques, often using heat and pressure. Welders interpret blueprints, select appropriate welding methods, and operate specialized equipment to create strong, durable metal structures.
Key Responsibilities:

Joining metal parts:Welders use various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to fuse metal pieces together, repair damaged components, or fill gaps.

Reading and interpreting blueprints:They analyze technical drawings and specifications to understand welding requirements and ensure accuracy in their work.

Preparing materials:Welders prepare metal surfaces by cutting, grinding, and cleaning them before welding, ensuring proper fit and alignment.

Operating equipment:They operate welding machines, torches, and other specialized tools, adjusting settings and parameters for optimal performance.
