Job Description:
A Warranty Manager oversees the administration and management of warranty programs for products or services, ensuring compliance with policies, handling claims, and resolving customer issues efficiently. This role involves developing and implementing warranty policies, managing the claims process, and collaborating with various teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Policy Management:Developing, implementing, and maintaining warranty policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company standards and legal requirements.

Claims Management:Overseeing the entire warranty claims process, from initial submission to final resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies.

Customer and Dealer Relations:Serving as the main point of contact for warranty-related inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with customers, dealers, and service centers.

Team Leadership:Managing and mentoring a team of warranty administrators or specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective claim processing.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing warranty data to identify trends, assess product performance, and make recommendations for improvements in product quality, reliability, and warranty processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working with various departments like product development, quality assurance, sales, and customer service to resolve warranty issues and improve overall customer experience.

Training and Support:Providing training and support to internal teams on warranty policies, procedures, and best practices.
