A Body Shop Service Advisor acts as a professional liaison between customers and the body shop, managing the entire repair process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their responsibilities include customer communication, creating repair estimates, scheduling, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:Greeting customers, understanding their repair needs, and providing clear explanations about the repair process and costs.

Estimates and Scheduling:Preparing accurate repair estimates, scheduling appointments, and managing timelines for vehicle repairs.

Coordination:Working with technicians, parts departments, and insurance companies to facilitate smooth and efficient repairs.

Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions.

Quality Control:Ensuring that the quality of repairs meets the required standards and addressing any issues that arise.
