We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In-Side Sales & Marketing Executive with 2 years of proven experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through innovative marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Maintain databases and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:
Min.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of marketing tools and techniques (digital marketing is a plus).
Goal-oriented with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Ability to travel when required.
