Reporting To: Sales Head / Marketing Manager

Job Objective
To drive domestic sales and marketing of PET films across India by developing new business opportunities,
managing key accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for PET film products across various sectors including packaging,
labeling, and industrial applications.
- Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing existing relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and client
satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and client proposals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across India.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business; MBA preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in PET film or flexible packaging sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage Pan India sales operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
