Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Engineer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator and lift installation, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant installation of equipment at customer sites. You will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, coordination with internal teams, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute the installation of lifts and elevators at client sites as per design and safety standards

• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion

• Inspect site conditions and prepare installation schedules

• Handle equipment delivery, unloading, and storage at the site

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (ISO, BIS, etc.)

• Conduct testing and commissioning of elevators post-installation

• Maintain documentation including daily progress reports, site safety records, and installation checklists

• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure corrective action

• Liaise with customers and site representatives for smooth execution

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lift/elevator installation

• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

• Working knowledge of installation tools, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel and work at different sites as needed
