About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for sales and non-IT roles across Pharma, Healthcare, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support functions).

Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), headhunting, and referrals.

Manage hiring for roles such as Medical Representative, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, etc.

Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.

Maintain candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and share reports.

Manage salary negotiation, offer roll-outs, and follow-ups until onboarding.

Ensure a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing and future business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably Pharma / Healthcare / Medical Devices / Sales hiring).

Strong knowledge of sales hiring (ASM, RSM, MR, BD, KAM) and understanding of field sales roles.

Expertise in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, iimjobs, etc.).

Proven ability in volume hiring as well as mid/senior-level recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills.

Target-oriented with ability to work under deadlines.
Educational Qualification

Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
