Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (Female Candidate)

Qualification:

• Graduate (B.A. / MBA preferred)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship / Sales Coordination / Marketing Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Handle customer follow-ups, order enquiries, and payment collections

• Track and update ongoing marketing activities and customer interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service delivery

• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Support sales/marketing team with client communication and documentation

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up ability

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving attitude

• Willingness to travel for customer visits (Company provides travel allowance)

Other Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred

• Two-wheeler mandatory

Salary Range:
₹2.40 LPA (Negotiable as per suitability and capability)
