We Are Hiring Floor Manager In Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead showroom staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated customer queries.

• Monitor sales performance and motivate the team to achieve targets.

• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock management.

• Train and guide sales staff on product knowledge and customer handling.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and showroom ambiance.

• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock replenishment.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Promote upselling and cross-selling to enhance sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in retail/showroom management (clothing/fashion preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of fashion trends, retail operations, and visual merchandising.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
