Job Description:
  • Work Location: Mumbai, BKC office
  • Days of working - Monday to Friday
  • Weekly - Saturday and Sunday
  • shift timings - 9am - 5pm

Core Job Responsibilities:

Operational Reporting & Data Management:

  • Create high-quality dashboards, detailed reports, and presentations for commercial performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams based in Singapore.
  • Perform data transformation, cleanup, and quality checks using Excel.
  • Execute complex calculations in Excel to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of commissions.
  • Support target-setting processes to establish fair and achievable performance goals for the field force.
  • Provide ongoing support to field teams and ensure up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes is available to all field colleagues.

 Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

  • Analyze field force productivity, call activity, coverage, and frequency metrics to identify performance gaps.
  • Support territory design, segmentation, targeting, and incentive planning to maximize sales impact.
  • Develop and maintain SFE reports and scorecards for leadership and field teams.

 Sales Force Automation (SFA)

  • Manage and optimize SFA tools (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or other platforms) to ensure accurate data capture and usability.
  • Collaborate with IT and field teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and drive adoption.
  • Monitor CRM usage and compliance, providing training and support as needed.

 Insight Generation

  • Collect, clean, and analyze commercial data from internal and external sources.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business reviews.
  • Present data to provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns.
  • Understand all integrated data sets and masters and perform analysis on combined data sets to identify critical business insights
  • Assist in demand forecasting, sales projections, and budget planning using historical data and predictive models.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in business intelligence, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SFA platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and SFE analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills with dashboard creation
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA, Pharmarack, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong customer connects
  • Good team player and inter personal relations
  • Experience in Macro will be added advantage
