A service engineer installs, maintains, and repairs equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfactionThey diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, provide on-site or remote support, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Their responsibilities also include conducting routine maintenance, installing new equipment, and training clients on its proper use. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Installation and Commissioning: Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems. 
       
  • Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment malfunctions. 
     
  • Technical Support: Providing on-site or remote technical assistance to customers. 
     
  • Customer Training: Educating clients on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment. 
     
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including repairs and maintenance. 
     
  • Collaboration: Working with other engineers and departments to resolve complex issues and improve service quality. 
     
  • Staying Updated: Keeping current with industry trends and technological advancements.
