Job Description:
Housekeeping & Facility Management
Supervised daily housekeeping across GMP/non-GMP areas, washrooms, corridors, pest control, horticulture, waste disposal, and audits as per pharma hygiene & EHS standards.
Maintenance & Repairs
Coordinated preventive maintenance, civil/electrical/plumbing/carpentry repairs, and maintained documentation for audit readiness.
Inventory & Vendor Management
Managed consumables inventory, vendor manpower, schedules, compliance, and invoice processing.
Audit & Compliance
Handled audit observations, QMS documentation (Change Control, Deviations, CAPA), and ensured audit readiness.
Canteen, Security & Transport
Monitored canteen hygiene, coordinated security protocols, visitor management, employee transport, and compliance.
Events & Leadership
Supported site events, audits, client visits, and acted as backup for senior admin executive.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Post Graduate / Graduate HR / any discipline with relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in administration, housekeeping, or facility management
(Regulated pharma plant environment will be added advantage)
• Working knowledge of cGMP, QMS documentation (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control), and EHS compliance.
• Strong coordination, planning, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, checklists, and audit support documentation.
Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years
Gender Preference : Male
Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
