1. Digital corporate Communication & Branding
• Setup and manage voicemail systems, contact note setups, and automated digital response tools.
• Develop and execute branding designs using Canva, digital art tools, and content calendars.
• Oversee and update LinkedIn, company websites, and e-commerce listings (Amazon India, USA, Global, and Alibaba).
2. AI & Tool Proficiency
• versed with Large Language Models (LLMs) for content creation, automation, and research workflows.
3. E-Commerce & D2C Collaborations
• Strategize product placements with health-based snacking D2C brands (e.g., Health Potli in raipur).
• Collaborate with platforms like Amazon, Indiamart, TradeIndia, and international country portals.
4. Export-Focused Market Development
• Research and align branding according to global supermarket chains (e.g., Ralphs, California).
• Initiate offline placement strategies on different brands involved in sales of snacking as part of there services.
5. Sales & CRM Integration
• Implement CRM into daily operations, aligning with export goals and customer journey mapping.
• Set up domain-specific email marketing campaigns, manage responders, and ensure professional corporate outreach.
