Strategic & Technical Coordination:
- Assist the CEO in reviewing engineering designs, proposals, reports, or presentations — especially in water, infrastructure, or EPC-related areas
- Coordinate between project, engineering, and business teams to track project milestones and bottlenecks
- Conduct basic technical research and feasibility analysis when required
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and meetings — with a focus on optimizing time for high-impact activities
- Take notes in internal/external meetings and follow up on key actions with team members
- Handle travel planning, event coordination, and logistics for business engagements
Project Management:
- Create and maintain dashboards for project execution, business metrics, and investor updates
- Help drive accountability by tracking deadlines and nudging stakeholders as needed
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and analysis to support the CEO in meetings
Confidential & Operational Support:
- Handle confidential documents and strategic communications
- Occasionally support high-value personal or family-related coordination for the CEO
Who You Are:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (mandatory)
- Experience: 3+ years in a business-facing technical role, or in a fast-paced startup, infra, or engineering-led organization
- Excellent communication, follow-through, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and project management tools
- Highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and able to work independently
- Interest in water, infrastructure, sustainability, or social impact sectors is a plus
