Senior Executive – HR
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (≈70%)
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and walk-ins,
• Conduct screening , coordinate interviews with Market Head.
• Manage offer rollout, negotiation & joining formalities.
• Build hiring pipeline with MBA/BBA colleges.
• Maintain daily hiring tracker & report weekly to HO–HR.
Payroll & HR Ops (≈30%)
• Coordinate attendance/leave data for payroll inputs.
• Prepare & issue offer letters, confirmation letters, and maintain
employee records.
• Support employee engagement (birthdays, team connects, first-
booking celebrations).
• Assist with grievance handling & exit formalities with HO.
Compliance Support:
• Ensure adherence to basic statutory compliances (PF/ESI).
• Liaise with HO–HR for documentation.
Employee Engagement:
• Support in small HR initiatives—team events, recognitions, and
motivational connects.
Qualifications Details
Education Graduate (BBA/BA/B.Com); PG Diploma / MBA HR
Experience 1–2 years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment
Skills Required
• Strong sourcing & interviewing skills
• Knowledge of payroll inputs & HR documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel & tracking tools
• Communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada
