Business Development Executive – Inside Sales
Job Description:
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth by generating and managing leads for offline channels, exports, institutional buyers, and distributors from the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both new customer acquisition and managing repeat orders, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, email campaigns, and market research.
Acquire new customers while managing repeat orders from existing clients.
Maintain accurate CRM data and conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team to ensure smooth deliveries.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills and strong follow-up ability.
