Assistant Manager / Manager – Customer Growth (Sales)
Job Description:
Role Overview:
Drive new customer acquisition and business development initiatives.
• Identify, approach, and engage prospective customers to generate qualified leads.
• Present the company's logistics and supply chain solutions, understand customer requirements, and convert opportunities into business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, trade bodies, and business networks.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve business growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to foster long-term business relationships.
Preferred Profile:
2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries—preferably in the US sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and comfortable with field sales and travel
